Job summary

Qualifications

College degree is required.
1–2 years of experience in large-scale data auditing.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Sigma.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Audit, analyze, and reconcile multiple matters, parties, and intake records to verify accuracy.
Identify and resolve duplicate matters and process lead refunds in a timely manner.
Coordinate and manage meetings and correspondence with third parties for client reconciliations.
Identify data deficiencies and flag process issues to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain understanding of lead sources related to marketing, finance, and integrations.
Manipulate large datasets to identify problematic or deficient data for attorneys.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
