This role plays a vital part in ensuring optimal insurance coverage, regulatory compliance, vendor performance, and premium employee support—especially at the executive level.

Medical Insurance Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end medical insurance process—from vendor selection to renewal.
  • Handle executive-level support and escalations with discretion and urgency.
  • Coordinate with TPAs, hospitals, and clinics for approvals and treatment arrangements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely claims processing, documentation, and compliance.
  • Conduct employee awareness sessions on medical benefits and processes.

Expansion into Other Insurance Portfolios:

  • Manage other policies such as property, assets, workmen compensation, transit, and cash-in-safe.
  • Conduct risk assessments and suggest optimal coverage strategies.
  • Drive RFPs and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective, comprehensive coverage.
  • Ensure all policies align with UAE labor laws and internal standards.
  • Review utilization data and recommend enhancements during policy renewals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in insurance administration in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE insurance regulations and provider landscape.
  • Prior experience in managing medical insurance is essential.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Insurance, Business Admin, HR, etc.).
  • Professional insurance certifications (CII, LOMA) are a plus.
