I am working with a UAE based Regulator on their search for an Associate Director in Insurance Supervision. The role is based in Dubai and the main purpose will be to lead and manage a team of 4 Supervisors covering their Insurance sector regulated entities.

Main responsibilities include :

  • Supervision of regulated entities
  • Provide technical guidance to the team
  • People & Team management
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Other Ad-hoc Related Assignments

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Relevant Financial or Risk related field
  • At least 10 years of Regulatory Experience
  • Direct experience in a Supervisory capacity to the Insurance Sector
  • Fluent verbal and written English
