We are a leading insurance broker based in Dubai, looking for a Business Development Manager/Business Development Executives. The position entails the following responsibilities:

  1. Identifying prospects through various sales channels
  2. Prospecting and selling Medical, Motor, Marine, and General Business Insurance
  3. Handling existing portfolios mainly in General Business
  4. Visiting potential clients
  5. Designing adequate covers and providing appropriate consultations
  6. Generating and servicing new accounts
  7. Managing portfolio renewals and establishing relationships with customers
  8. Following up for collection of payment

Skills & Qualifications:

The potential candidates for this role should have:

  1. A bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  2. Sales experience in General Insurance: 3 to 4 years
