Job summary

The FSRA within ADGM is seeking a Manager Insurance Supervision to oversee a portfolio of insurance and related financial institutions, applying a risk-based supervisory approach. You will contribute to framework enhancements, supervise firms, and coordinate with senior leadership to ensure compliance and effective risk mitigation.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 8+ years in insurance supervision, fluent business English, and strong stakeholder, negotiation and analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in insurance supervision or related roles.
• Knowledge of insurance sector regulations, products, services and market practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse team and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising financial institutions under FSRA risk-based plan.
• Develop supervisory plans and mitigate supervisory concerns.
• Lead risk assessments and supervise reviews; draft recommendations.
• Review periodic reports and implementation controls.
• Engage with stakeholders and ADGM staff; take action on deficiencies.
• Participate in projects and adhere to internal policies.
