Job description

Handle all insurance-related documentation for vehicle registration, renewals, claims, and cancellations.

1. Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure timely policy issuance.
2. Manage accident and damage claims from initiation to settlement, ensuring minimal downtime.
3. Maintain accurate insurance records for all vehicles in the fleet.
4. Liaise with internal departments (operations, finance, and workshop) for seamless claims processing.
5. Monitor policy expirations and ensure timely renewals to avoid coverage gaps.
6. Assist in audits and provide required reports and data.
7. Ensure compliance with UAE insurance laws and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an insurance coordination role, preferably in the automotive or rental industry.
2. Strong knowledge of motor insurance, claims handling, and fleet insurance operations in the UAE.
3. Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with fleet management/ERP systems is a plus.
5. Good communication skills in English & Arabic.
