Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sharjah for an Insurance Coordinator. The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for handling insurance claims, processing documents, and ensuring smooth communication with insurance companies. The coordinator will also manage customer inquiries and support the administrative tasks associated with insurance policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Insurance and Health Insurance
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience with Insurance Claims processing
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Good knowledge of MOH rules and regulations
• Knowledge of RIYATI integration
