The Insurance Claims Manager oversees the entire claims lifecycle, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely processing of insurance claims. This role involves managing claims teams, analyzing claim trends, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing the claims handling process. Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the claims department.
Review and approve complex or high-value claims.
Ensure claims are processed in accordance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
Investigate disputed claims and coordinate resolution strategies.
Liaise with underwriters, legal teams, and service providers.
Monitor claims trends and prepare analytical reports for management.
Develop and implement strategies to improve claims turnaround times.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and policy changes.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance claims management.
