Job description

The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the insurance market and implementing innovative strategies to capture niche segments.

Provide expert advice to clients on selecting appropriate insurance plans based on their needs and financial objectives.

Manage payment collection from clients in a timely manner to ensure financial transactions are executed smoothly.

Create and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Any other related duties/projects assigned from time to time to meet the business needs.

Requirements

Skills:

  1. Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Well organized.
  3. Able to work well under pressure/with targets.
  4. Good at multitasking.
  5. The ability to prioritize work.
  6. Good computer skills including Word and Excel.
  7. Able to work alone and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. 3 years of experience in insurance sales and sales management.
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
