Insurance Agent - Motor/General

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional insurance advice on motor and general insurance products to individual and corporate clients.
• Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Understand clients insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, policy comparisons, and proposals.
• Ensure timely policy renewals and follow-ups to retain clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in motor/general insurance in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE insurance products, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle targets.
• Proficient in English
