Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and troubleshoot process lines and machines.
2. Handle electrical/automation tasks related to beverage lines such as KHS, Robotic Palletizer, ASB, Bekum (Blow Molding), Injection Molding, and wrapping machinery.
3. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on operational electrical, automation, and mechanical systems.
4. Work with PLCs including Mitsubishi, Omron, and B&R digital/analog input/output cards.
5. Manage VFD/Servo Drives and instruments, troubleshooting AC and Servo drives like KUKA, B&R, Siemens, Danfoss VLT series, and configuring parameters.
6. Maintain pneumatic and electronic process control instruments.
7. Utilize communication protocols such as ASCII bus, PROFI BUS (DP), and CAN.
