The key objective for this role:
  • This role will be responsible for leading the change process and deliverables for a specific project. The change management engineer will play a key role in ensuring user adoption, focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business, processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structure.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
  • Undertake I & C design work of units as required, supervise and check works of assigned engineers on the project as appropriate
  • Execute Instrumentation engineering activities within the budget and schedule, as well as maintaining technical integrity of the design
  • Ensure that detail design methods, standards and data used conform with Client's requirements and / or those issued
  • Competent in the use of relevant software and Instrumentation & Control discipline specific software.
  • Review and approve I & C Diagrams, P&IDs, PSFS, DPTDs, Equipment & Instrument specifications, Instrumentation Descriptions, cause, and Effect chart etc.
  • Review and approve dynamic simulation study, transient study, surge study, Minimum Metal Design Temperature (MDMT) study, etc.
  • Review and approve depressurization studies, flare load estimation and flare system design
  • Ensure a high standard of safety is achieved and Environmental and Quality Assurance procedures are followed
  • Review and approve safety related calculations and provide input to HAZOP, SIL and other safety reviews as required.
