Job description

Orbit International Survey Services LLC is hiring an experienced Instrument Engineer to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in instrumentation for oil & gas or EPC projects, with a strong understanding of international standards and Aramco project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical expertise in instrumentation design, selection, and implementation
2. Review and approve instrumentation drawings, specifications, and datasheets
3. Ensure compliance with ASME, ASTM, API, and other international standards
4. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for project execution
5. Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of instrument systems
6. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation and technical reports

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar role in oil & gas or EPC projects
2. Experience on Aramco projects is highly preferred
3. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
4. UAE-attested education and experience documents required
5. In-depth knowledge of instrumentation standards and international material codes
6. Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills
