Confidential is seeking a qualified Physiotherapy Instructor in the United Arab Emirates to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical physiotherapy education and to support students in developing clinical, technical, and professional skills.

The role involves teaching, lab and clinical sessions, curriculum development collaboration, and ongoing professional development to maintain up-to-date practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physiotherapy, or closely related field (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Valid professional Physiotherapy license/registration or eligibility.
• IELTS Band 7 - required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teaching/instructor experience is an advantage.
• Healthcare, teaching, or vocational education experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical Physiotherapy lessons in line with the approved curriculum.
• Conduct practical, laboratory, simulation, and clinical skills sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, presentations, and learning materials.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive and timely feedback.
• Demonstrate and supervise physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Support students in developing clinical reasoning, practical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a safe and effective learning environment and ensure compliance with relevant health, clinical, and safety procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and clinical development.
• Participate in academic meetings, student activities, curriculum development, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain professional knowledge and stay updated with current physiotherapy practices and developments.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Physiotherapy, Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, or a closely related field - Mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, Physical Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Physiotherapy/Physical Therapy, including clinical practice.
• Strong clinical and practical knowledge of physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
• Academic Instructor or Clinical Instructor experience is an advantage.
• Teaching, training, or vocational education experience is preferred.
• Valid professional Physiotherapy license/registration or eligibility License.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• IELTS Band 7- Required
• Healthcare, teaching, or vocational education experience is an advantage.
