A leading university in the UAE is seeking an Instructor Faculty for English. This role requires a Master’s in English Applied Linguistic/Language and offers an opportunity to teach undergraduate courses while contributing to research and course development. The College of Arts, Education and Social Sciences (CAESS) provides general education courses for all undergraduate students, in addition to a portfolio of specialized undergraduate and postgraduate programs in education and social sciences: BA in Psychology, BA in International Relations, BA in Mass Communication (Arabic and English), BA in Video Game Design, Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Teaching (English), Med in Educational Technologies and AI, MA in Digital Communication and Technology, MEd in Educational Leadership, Ph.D. in Education, and MA in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Instructor Faculty position in English
A Master’s in English Applied Linguistic/Language from a reputable university is required. The candidate must be a native speaker and must have an outstanding track record of their career, with expertise in one (or several) of the following areas: English Composition, Business Communication, Technical Writing, and other related fields.
The candidates must have three (3) – five (5) years of teaching experience in Higher Education.
Successful candidates are expected to teach at the undergraduate level. Candidates are also expected to have a strong research potential to be involved within one or more of the University’s research priority areas. Contribute to course development, and offer service to the college and the university.
Must possess excellent communication skills and familiarity with the new teaching methods.
