Job description

Rishworth is currently looking for an Instructor A&P (AS332 / AS565) who will be responsible for developingmaintenance training programs, course materials, and maintainsattendance records to ensure training effectiveness.

This is a position based in Abu Dhabi which requires relocation. Mobility assistance will be provided for successful incumbents. Education sponsorship, medical and insurance will be covered along as well with attractive employee benefits.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver instruction on aircraft maintenance fundamentals, safety, systems, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with course developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Review and update courses using SAT or ADDIE methodology.
  • Conduct and document assessments to track learning and identify challenges.
  • Review reports and evaluations to ensure training effectiveness.
  • Keep trainee records and coordinate with other instructors.
Job Requirements
  • B1.3 license with Cat A / C endorsement
  • Part 147 type rating for AS332 or AS565 airframe and engine.
  • Train-the-Trainer certification
