What Will You Do?

• Design engaging and interactive e-learning using tools like Articulate Storyline or similar
• Create AI-powered videos and localized content for scalable, multilingual learning
• Develop blended learning solutions including workshops, infographics, and device labs
• Update ILT material and collateral regularly
• Collaborate with teams to align training with business goals
• Manage LMS content and enhance the learner experience
• Stay updated on L&D trends to foster innovation and engagement

Skills

Who Are You?

• An experienced instructional designer with a strong portfolio
• Proficient in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, AI video platforms, and similar tools
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, passionate about learning and creativity
• Experienced in AI for localized and scalable learning content

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, HR, or related field

Certifications & Qualifications (Desirable)

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• eLearning or Instructional Design Certification
• Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate Certification
• SCORM/xAPI Certification
• Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone, etc.)
