Job summary

Learning Network in Dubai is seeking a remote Education Operations lead to coach educators, monitor student engagement, and guide intervention plans. You will support families during escalations and drive professional development across teams.

The role requires 5+ years in education or edtech, 3+ years in people management, and proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and LMS platforms. Occasional travel for proctoring may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Teacher certification and completion of an approved teacher preparation program.
• Ability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other assigned states.
• 5+ years of experience in education, educational technology, or related industry.
• 5+ years in a service-oriented environment serving students or families.
• 3+ years of experience in people management.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Learning Management Systems.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop educators into highly effective professionals through 1:1 sessions and instructional observation.
• Monitor team-level student engagement, progress, retention, and intervention data.
• Lead instructional execution and intervention planning to ensure student success.
• Partner with students and families during escalations to resolve concerns and rebuild trust.
• Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
• Build and refine operational tools, playbooks, and checklists to improve consistency.
• Support hiring and selection of exceptional educators.
• Support proctoring during testing windows, including occasional travel.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field

Teacher certification

Ability to obtain certifications in multiple states

5+ years experience in education

3+ years experience in people management
