Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Secondary Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Certification as an Instructional Coach is highly desirable.
• Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience, with demonstrated success in improving student outcomes.
• Previous experience as an instructional coach, mentor teacher, or educational leader, preferably within an American curriculum context.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized coaching to teachers to enhance instructional skills, focusing on student engagement and differentiation.
• Model effective teaching techniques with student-centered learning and inquiry-based instruction.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback and reflective discussions.
• Develop and lead professional development workshops on curriculum design and instructional strategies.
• Support teachers with data analysis to inform instructional planning and adapt lessons.
