The institutional sales team offers an opportunity to take ownership and expand your high-net worth clientele within the crypto industry. You will be involved in the entire client journey, from onboarding to customizing innovative crypto products. Operations team members will work with stakeholders such as sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to scale our expanding infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to institutional client leads;
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant Crypto.com products such as market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking;
- Represent Crypto.com at conferences to promote our institutional products and services;
- Engage in community activities to expand our institutional footprint;
- Research market and competitor trends in crypto institutional space;
- Draft and close client or partnership agreements;
- Propose new crypto institutional offerings;
- Maintain ongoing contact with clients, gather feedback, and suggest product improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales;
- Over 1 year experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 outbound sales (Exchange, Custodian, Prime Broker);
- Familiarity with institutional products like market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking;
- Existing network of clients in crypto such as hedge funds, trading firms, banks, asset managers, OTC desks, and custody seekers;
- More experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales role;
- Proven track record in managing and monetizing client relationships;
- Excellent command of professional English, both written and oral; samples are welcome;
