Contract: 6-month contract
Location: Remote (Based in Dubai)
Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic and English
Experience Required: 1–3 years
Sector: Crypto, Institutional Finance, HNW clients
Team: Binance VIP Team
- Client Acquisition: Build a portfolio of institutional and HNW (high-net-worth) clients.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen client relationships, gather feedback, and communicate client needs.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate on refining services and products for VIP clients.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with local/regional teams to identify new opportunities and market needs.
- Process Improvement: Help optimize internal processes for service delivery and sales.
- 1–3 years in sales/client service roles, ideally in finance (banking, investments, trading, etc.)
- A network of institutional or HNW clients (e.g., private banks, hedge funds, brokers, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
- High adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
- Crypto interest/experience is a plus.
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
