About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager / Director for our international Institutional Business Development team. You will shape growth initiatives and drive institutional sales across Europe, focusing on new business opportunities.

You will work with regional teams to enhance performance, offer tailored solutions, and mentor team members on sales strategies. Responsibilities include optimizing client profiles, securing high-value deals, and maintaining compliant client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Develop growth strategies with the European BD Team Leader and propose achievement plans.
  • Identify and pursue institutional sales opportunities, building a robust pipeline from consulting to advisory services.
  • Identify skill gaps within regional teams and suggest strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with the PM team to resolve complex issues and customize solutions.
  • Guide team members on prioritizing and strategizing sales opportunities.
  • Develop client profiles based on past successes to replicate and expand efforts.
  • Provide feedback to senior management and product teams on client needs and service gaps with actionable proposals.
