Job description

(This job is based in UAE with regular travel to Europe)

• Support relationship with customer installation group as required.
• Identify awaiting matters to attain clarification for unclear information.
• Ensure highlight contractual matters needing particular involving and follow-up exceptional risks.
• Ensure project documentations are duly filed.
• Issue Project Report ahead of project completion.
• Support Project Manager as required when handling assigned major project.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure customer readiness and a smooth service implementation experience.
• Participate in planning meetings with customers/vendors.
• Ensure that all client questions and concerns are addressed and responded to in a professional, timely manner.
• Occasional travel, including international destinations, required.
• Willing to work in a team environment to support the in-house design and testing of automated material handling systems.
• Assist with the development of departmental standards and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Contribute towards creation and active role in validation of installation and service documentation along with education and training deliverables of the product.
• Establish or coordinate the maintenance or safety procedures, service schedule, or supply of materials required to maintain machines or equipment in the prescribed condition.

Job Requirements:

Western Passport Holder due to regular travel requirements.
Mechanical/Assembly background.
Previous on-site installation/commissioning experience.
Presentable with good communication skills.
