Job summary

Aldar Education are currently seeking a Teacher - Science to support our growing family of schools, commencing in the 2027–28 academic year. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and involves delivering engaging science lessons, collaborating with colleagues, and supporting students’ academic, social, and personal development.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a related subject with a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification, and have 1–2 years of teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in the related subject is required.
• PGCE or other teaching qualification is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years teaching experience in similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons that inspire students to learn and achieve.
• Plan engaging lessons aligned with curriculum requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design cross-curricular activities.
• Communicate with parents to discuss student progress and wellbeing.
• Assess and track student progress using prescribed tools and records.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment and safeguarding standards.
