Job Description

We are seeking an Inspector Civil to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting construction sites, ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. You will collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to review and approve plans, identify deviations or hazards, and contribute to the development process by providing insights on land use, zoning, and environmental considerations. Additionally, you will analyze site conditions, prepare inspection reports, and assist in project planning, budgeting, and obtaining permits. Staying updated on industry trends and regulations is essential to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in civil engineering, construction inspection, or related area
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Certified Construction Inspector (CCI) certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, and construction practices
• Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD or similar CAD software, and GIS applications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Willingness to work on-site and travel within Dubai and the UAE
