Job description

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications and project standards.
• Monitor construction activities including finishes faade works interior fitouts and structural elements.
• Identify and report any nonconformances or discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions.
• Assist in reviewing shop drawings material submittals and method statements related to architectural works.
• Prepare inspection reports maintain accurate documentation and record progress onsite.
• Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and other project stakeholders to resolve technical and quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations safety standards and quality assurance procedures.
• Attend project and coordination meetings to discuss progress and address concerns.
• Assist in the final inspection and handover process including preparing snag lists and verifying rectification works.

Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural inspection on largescale construction projects preferably within the UAE.
• Familiarity with building codes construction practices and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in inspection tools and software (e.g. AutoCAD MS Office).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
