Architectural Inspector

Location: Abu Dhabi Site

Industry: Exp with villas, hosptality, residential

What You’ll Be Doing:

Monitor and inspect on-site architectural works to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance
Liaise daily with engineers, contractors, and project managers
Review and verify shop drawings, submittals, and inspection requests
Flag issues, issue NCRs, and ensure corrective actions are followed
Track progress, maintain detailed site records, and report to project leads
Champion HSE protocols and contribute to safety culture
Help expedite approvals, permits, and coordination across stakeholders

What You Bring:

Diploma in Engineering (Degree preferred for future progression)
5+ years total experience
️ Hands-on supervision experience in architectural/building projects
Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, codes, and QA/QC
Experience with residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
️ Excellent report writing and site documentation skills

Bonus Points for:

Safety certifications
Knowledge of local authority procedures and NOC processes
Experience in horizontal developments and hospitality projects
