Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inspector Architectural to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with architectural finishing standards, overseeing project quality, and collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain the highest level of excellence in our projects.

  1. Conduct thorough inspections of architectural finishing projects to ensure compliance with contract documents, standards, and specifications.
  2. Monitor and evaluate contractor performance, including resource management, health and safety practices, and equipment utilization.
  3. Implement and maintain quality control procedures and quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients during site inspections and problem-resolution processes.
  5. Perform site measurements and surveying checks for proper alignment and leveling of structures and landscape elements.
  6. Audit inspections to verify conformity with contract documents and contractor-submitted plans.
  7. Monitor the start-up, commissioning, and handover of site works, maintaining accurate records of project milestones.
  8. Assist in the preparation of correspondence related to contract documents and site requirements.
  9. Collaborate with the team to promptly resolve any site issues or challenges that arise during the project.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

  • Technical Degree and/or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural inspection or related field
  • Technical degree in Architecture
  • Middle East experience preferred
  • Relevant architecture-finishing experience
