Job summary
A leading company in the HVAC sector seeks a Service Sales Coordinator based in Dubai. The role entails providing essential support to Service Sales Engineers, handling service quotations, and managing contract documents. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in service/sales coordinator role required.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC units preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide back-office support to Service Sales Engineers.
- Prepare Service Quotations and propose AMC in predefined formats.
- Monitor service sales enquiries and maintain records.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide back-office support to Service Sales Engineers with the following task
- Preparing Service Quotation, AMC proposals in predefined formats
- Monitor Service Sales Enquiry on daily basis and maintain the records & follow ups
- Service Order processing, Customer creation, Credit approvals, Service Sales Reports
- Update service enquiries & proposals in CRM and generate reports
- Take the role of service sales engineer on their vacation or in delegation
- Send quotes directly to the customer, ensure the acknowledgment, and clarify the queries raised by customer on products, scope, price, terms & conditions, and logistics
- Maintaining enquiry, quotation, order status reports and updating on daily basis and reporting to management as required
- Manage contract documents, review terms & conditions and renew contracts
- Submit monthly KPI of enquiry response time (enquiry to quotation)
- Follow up for renewals of maintenance contracts directly with customers
- Preparing Proforma Invoice / Advance invoice
- Follow up payments if necessary
Job Requirements:
- Should have good multi-tasking skills as coordinator
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service/sales coordinator role
- Basic knowledge of HVAC units / Technical Background preferred
- Excellent Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word & PPT) is required
- Good write up skills and customer focused
Education:
- Academic Degree in computer science / Degree or Diploma in Engineering
