Position: Inside Sales Representative, MEA, Dubai (m/f/*)
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Inside Sales Representative for Middle East Africa at Transportation & Electronics Business Group in Dubai, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

You will make an impact by:

  1. Proactively cooperating with the 3M sales team.
  2. Managing complex customer relationships by understanding the customer’s business needs, working with key influencers, enhancing sales, and managing growth.
  3. Demonstrating influence to support the sales cycle, including closing sales.
  4. Finding, analyzing, leveraging, and reporting on new market opportunities to improve coverage.
  5. Administering local contracts and pricing documents.
  6. Using CRM daily, including reporting activities and utilizing social selling tools.
  7. Building a positive image of 3M products among current and potential customers.
  8. Establishing and maintaining customer relationships, including cold calling.
Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:

  1. University education (bachelor’s or master’s degree)
  2. Experience in remote selling/demand generation
  3. Proficiency in Arabic (mandatory)
  4. Emirati nationality is preferred

Additional knowledge or skills that could help you succeed include:

  1. Strong communication skills, especially via phone
  2. Knowledge of selling techniques
  3. Sales and/or customer service experience
  4. Understanding of customer’s business and sales models to influence key players
  5. Ability to diagnose key problem areas for customers and apply 3M solutions
  6. Ability to close sales
