Profile Summary :

The Inside Sales Representative, Visitor Management, reports to the Sales Manager, Visitor Management. The primary responsibilities include growing and maintaining revenue, expanding the Visitor Management footprint within the HID install base, and strengthening product selection through relationship building with prospects and partners focused on Easy Lobby. The role involves identifying new opportunities across multiple levels within prospects, customers, and channel partners, primarily in the EMEA region, for selling Easy Lobby Visitor Management software.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts in CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Qualify leads in line with the Workforce Inside Sales Playbook.
  • Sell and upsell HID Visitor Management solutions.
  • Record all activities in Salesforce.
  • Present HID Visitor Management solutions to end users, consultants, and resellers.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with technical support to assist end users.
  • Understand the HID Advantage Partner Program (APP).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in inside sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving quotas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in business English (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software like Salesforce.
  • Experience in Software/Identity Access Management/Physical Security industry.

Additional Skills and Traits:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Extensive network of market contacts.
  • Experience with territory planning and pipeline development.
  • Experience with direct and indirect sales models.
  • Ability to work from a home office with appropriate setup.

Work Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel, including internationally.
