Job Title: Inside Sales Representative, Visitor Management

Profile Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative, Visitor Management, reports to the Sales Manager, Visitor Management. Primary responsibilities include growing and maintaining revenue, expanding the Visitor Management footprint within the HID install base, and strengthening product selection through relationship building with prospects and partners focusing on Easy Lobby. The role involves identifying new opportunities across prospects, customers, and channel partners, primarily in the EMEA region, to sell Easy Lobby Visitor Management software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast in CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Manage lead qualification tasks per the Workforce Inside Sales Playbook.
  • Engage in selling and upselling Visitor Management Solutions.
  • Record all activities in Salesforce.
  • Present HID Visitor Management Solutions to end users, consultants, and resellers.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with technical support to assist end users.
  • Understand the HID Advantage Partner Program (APP).
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in inside sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving quotas.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in business English (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
Education and Experience:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent plus relevant industry experience.
  • At least 3 years in Software, Identity Access Management, or Physical Security Industry.
Customer Expectations:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for presentations and demonstrations.
  • Extensive network in the market.
  • Experience in territory planning and pipeline development.
  • Experience with direct and indirect sales models, including channel partner engagement.
