Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Microsoft Technology Sales, with a strong focus on cold calling, lead generation, and a robust local network within the UAE market. This is a client-facing, office-based role with excellent growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of Microsoft technologies and solutions including M365, Azure, Modern Workplace, and related services.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social selling.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closure – with a consultative approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the UAE.
  • Coordinate with the pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft product offerings and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales focused on Microsoft Technology solutions.
  • Proven success in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Strong network and client connections within the UAE market.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
