A leading company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Engineer. This role focuses on customer loyalty through exceptional service, providing technical solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for preparing quotations and addressing customer inquiries, all while upholding high standards of service.
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an experienced inside sales engineer you will be primarily responsible to maintain and develop customer loyalty through high levels of service to expand and strengthen the relationship. The Inside Sales Engineer identifies, offers and sells the best solution for the customer’s application; provides commercial and technical support; always aiming to provide the highest standards of customer service in accordance with the Problem Solver principle.
As Inside Sales engineer you will be reporting to the ISE Manager to collaborate with key customers to respond optimally to leads and quote requests.
