The Inside Sales Coordinator acts as a liaison between the sales and operational teams, facilitating seamless transactions and providing top-notch service to clients. This role is key in maintaining the flow of information and ensuring a positive customer journey from inquiry through to post-sale support.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure smooth customer interactions.
  • Manage and update customer databases with current information accurately.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts as required.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Track sales leads and provide regular updates to the sales team.
  • Support sales team with administrative tasks as needed on a daily basis.
