What's the Role?
We’re looking for Inside Sales Account Managers to join our sales team and be part of our uniquely high performing and supportive working culture.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of assigned customers, and generate sales and develop new business with your customer base. You will work closely with Hilti Store Representatives, and field Account Managers ensuring the successful achievement of company objectives and growth.
What does the role involve?
The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for generating profitable sales from an assigned account base through outbound sales. You will provide strong knowledge of Hilti products to customers, along with all the services and aftercare that come with the Hilti name, to ensure customer engagement.
Far from traditional cold calling, it’s about building relationships with our customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs, through presenting Hilti’s value proposition.
What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering
- Proven results in outbound phone sales
- Outdoor Sales experience is an advantage, or willing to develop into an outdoor / field sales in the future
- Proficient computer skills, with practice in CRM software
- Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Hindi
- A proactive, determined and result-oriented mindset
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Persuasive and resilient
- Based in Dubai
