Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years professional pastry experience.
• Proven track record of creating innovative desserts and baked goods.
• Experience with different methods of production and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create delicious desserts, pastries, cakes, breads etc. from scratch using traditional recipes or modern techniques.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared as per instructions provided by the head chef or restaurant manager.
• Follow food safety regulations as well as hygiene standards when handling food products.
• Monitor inventory and order ingredients needed to create new dishes.
• Assist in menu planning and development.
