Job summary

The Roads and Transport Authority seeks an experienced professional to lead innovation management initiatives, coordinate with authorities, and develop incubator programs to support startups and entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities include creating policies, building partnerships, and preparing annual lab plans while aligning with RTA’s strategic goals and excellence programs. Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor degree in engineering, science or public administration.
• 9+ years of relevant work experience (for Master’s).
• 11+ years of relevant practical experience in the field (for a bachelor’s degree).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with authorities to implement startup support framework.
• Develop and manage idea management system reports.
• Prepare and disseminate innovation culture through trainings and events.
• Establish and develop a business incubator for startups and entrepreneurs.
• Build partnerships with innovation ecosystem stakeholders.
• Prepare annual plans for innovation labs and measure KPI progress.
