Job description

Responsibilities (Includes All Tasks):

• The resource should have a minimum of 15 years experience in the IT Infrastructure domain with at least 10 years experience in managing large IT Projects.
• The resource should have worked on at least three projects involving private cloud deployment and management.
• Coordinate with various IT Infrastructure Administrators for implementing and commissioning IT Infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Application teams for implementing application-specific requirements.
• Technical expertise on overall IT Infrastructure components as required.
• Serve as SPOC for IT infrastructure setup.
• Provide L3 Support onsite for issues related to IT Infrastructure.
• Coordinate with NOC team for timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with AP Support team for timely resolution of issues.
• Mandate skills in Technology such as VCF, VxRail, vRealize suite, VSAN, SRM & NSX.
• Expertise in Windows Server & RHEL Linux Implementation, Administration, Management, and Troubleshooting.
• Experience with AD, Exchange, Mobile Device Management solutions.
• Mandatory Microsoft MCSE certification.
• RHEL/RHCE certification preferred.
• Expertise in Dell Isilon NAS Storage & Commvault backup storage.
• Experience in managing SAP environments.
• Skills in building Infrastructure and maintenance calendar.
• Experience conducting Disaster Recovery drills.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve operational issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Skills in BMC Suite administration, including TSSA, TSNA, and ITOM.
• Knowledge of open-source containers/Kubernetes is an advantage. (Desirable)

Technical Skills / Competencies:

• Windows, Linux, Storage (NAS), Commvault Backup, AD/EX
• Good knowledge of VMware (Virtualization)
• Understanding of Infra Applications (running in FTA)
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing Disaster Recovery (DR)
• Knowledge of hardware like DELL VxRail, etc.
• Understanding of Data Centers
