Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):
- The resource should have a minimum of 15 years experience in IT Infrastructure domain with at least 10 years experience in managing large IT Projects.
- The resource should have worked in at least three projects of private cloud deployment and management.
- Coordinate with Various IT Infrastructure Administrators for Implementing and commissioning of IT Infrastructure.
- Coordinate with Application teams for implementing any application specific requirement.
- Technical expertise on overall IT Infrastructure components as required.
- SPOC for IT infrastructure setup.
- Provide L3 Support onsite for any issues on IT Infrastructure.
- Coordinate with NOC team for timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with AP Support team for timely resolution of issues.
- Mandate Technology Skills VCF, VxRail, vRealize suite, VSAN, SRM & NSX.
- Expert in Windows Server & RHEL Linux Implementation, Administration, Management and troubleshooting.
- Expert in AD, Exchange, Mobile Device Management solutions.
- Mandatory Microsoft MCSE certified resource.
- RHEL/RHCE certified resource.
- Expert on Dell Isilon NAS Storage & Commvault backup storage.
- Should have experience in managing SAP environment.
- Mandate skills of building Infra and maintenance calendar.
- Experience in DR Drills.
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills to fix operational Issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- BMC Suite administration skills TSSA, TSNA and ITOM.
- Open-source Container/Kubernetes will be added advantage. (Desirable)
TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:
- Windows, Linux, Storage (NAS), Commvault Backup, AD/EX.
- Good knowledge in VMware (Virtualization level).
- Good knowledge of Infra Applications (running in FTA).
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing the DR.
- Good knowledge of Hardware like DELL VxRail etc.
- Good knowledge of Datacenters.
OPTIONAL & Certification:
- VMWare, MCSE, ITIL, RHEL & Cloud Certifications.
SOFT SKILLS:
MANDATORY
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong sense of Accountability to complete tasks.
- Willingness to Adopt and Learn New Technology and Solutions.
