Infrastructure Team Lead - Windows Linux

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):

1. The resource should have a minimum of 15 years experience in IT Infrastructure domain with at least 10 years experience in managing large IT Projects.
2. The resource should have worked in at least three projects of private cloud deployment and management.
3. Coordinate with Various IT Infrastructure Administrators for Implementing and commissioning of IT Infrastructure.
4. Coordinate with Application teams for implementing any application specific requirement.
5. Technical expertise on overall IT Infrastructure components as required.
6. SPOC for IT infrastructure setup.
7. Provide L3 Support onsite for any issues on IT Infrastructure.
8. Coordinate with NOC team for timely resolution of issues.
9. Coordinate with AP Support team for timely resolution of issues.
10. Mandate Technology Skills VCF, VxRail, vRealize suite, VSAN, SRM & NSX.
11. Expert in Windows Server & RHEL Linux Implementation, Administration, Management and troubleshooting.
12. Expert in AD, Exchange, Mobile Device Management solutions.
13. Mandatory Microsoft MCSE certified resource.
14. RHEL/RHCE certified resource.
15. Expert on Dell Isilon NAS Storage & Commvault backup storage.
16. Should have experience in managing SAP environment.
17. Mandate skills of building Infra and maintenance calendar.
18. Experience in DR Drills.
19. Excellent Troubleshooting skills to fix operational Issues.
20. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
21. BMC Suite administration skills TSSA, TSNA and ITOM.
22. Open-source Container/Kubernetes will be added advantage. (Desirable)

TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:

1. Windows, Linux, Storage (NAS), Commvault Backup, AD/EX.
2. Good knowledge in VMware (Virtualization level).
3. Good knowledge of Infra Applications (running in FTA).
4. Hands-on experience in planning and executing the DR.
5. Good knowledge of Hardware like DELL VxRail etc.
6. Good knowledge of Datacenters.

OPTIONAL & Certification:

1. VMWare, MCSE, ITIL, RHEL & Cloud Certifications.

SOFT SKILLS:

MANDATORY

1. Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
2. Strong sense of Accountability to complete tasks.
3. Willingness to Adopt and Learn New Technology and Solutions.
