Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 18 years of relevant engineering or project management experience on large-scale programs.
• Broad technical and business knowledge of project delivery and management.
• Professional registration or licensure may be required.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience interfacing with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale government and commercial building projects.
• Manage interdisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Serve as primary company representative to clients, government agencies, tenants and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, briefings, and correspondence.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, execution plans and resource requirements.
• Coordinate project activities across design, engineering, construction, facilities and operations.
• Oversee projects within occupied facilities while minimizing disruption to users.
• Monitor progress, milestones, costs, schedules and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve risks, delays, cost overruns and scope changes.
• Negotiate changes to scope of work with clients and subcontractors.
• Maintain change orders and project documentation.
• Lead regular project status meetings and track action items.
• Ensure compliance with government procedures, standards, contractual requirements and regulatory approvals.
• Provide technical and strategic guidance and stay involved in design and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional work.
