Qualifications

Job Description : Manage Infrastructure Operations

Certifications : VMWare, MCSE, ITIL, RHEL & Cloud Certifications

Experience : 15+ Years in managing Infrastructure operations

Responsibilities (includes All Tasks) :

• Minimum of 15 years experience in IT Infrastructure domain with at least 10 years managing large IT Projects.
• Experience in at least three private cloud deployment and management projects.
• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure Administrators for implementing and commissioning IT Infrastructure.
• Coordinate with Application teams for application-specific requirements.
• Technical expertise on IT Infrastructure components.
• SPOC for IT infrastructure setup.
• Provide L3 Support onsite for IT Infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate with NOC and AP Support teams for issue resolution.
• Skills in VCF, VxRail, vRealize suite, VSAN, SRM & NSX.
• Expertise in Windows Server & RHEL Linux implementation, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AD, Exchange, Mobile Device Management solutions.
• Microsoft MCSE and RHEL / RHCE certifications mandatory.
• Experience with Dell Isilon NAS Storage & Commvault backup storage.
• Experience managing SAP environments.
• Skills in building infrastructure and maintenance calendar.
• Experience in DR drills.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of open-source containers / Kubernetes (desirable).
