Responsibilities

Our latest opportunity is for a talented Inspector - Infrastructure to join our team based in Dubai, UAE.

Success in this role includes:

• Attending to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and taking appropriate action promptly.
• Reviewing submitted shop drawings against contract drawings, specifications, local codes, statutory requirements, and international best practices.
• Reporting any works carried out by the contractor that do not conform to approved drawings and specifications, and informing stakeholders for appropriate action.
• Monitoring the quality of works and assessing site safety, including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications and safety standards.
• Maintaining records of daily activities on site, including progress photos, ensuring they are available for inspection when required.
• Preparing surveillance reports for work deficiencies and non-conformance reports (NCR) as needed.
• Ensuring effective coordination between discipline-related works and other disciplines.
• Providing technical input and experience to resolve discipline-related issues on site.

Qualifications

To succeed, you should have approximately 6 years of work experience and hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience working on major infrastructure construction projects is essential. Must have experience in infrastructure for Villa mix developments, including deep and shallow services and landscaping works.
