Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented Infrastructure Engineer to join our award-winning team in Dubai, UAE.

Success in this role includes:

• Overseeing daily site activities to ensure infrastructure construction aligns with approved plans, schedules, and quality standards.
• Monitoring and inspecting ongoing work related to roads, drainage, utilities (water, electricity, sewage), transportation systems, and communication networks.
• Supervising construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring safety protocols and project timelines are followed.
• Conducting regular site inspections to identify issues and non-compliance, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensuring adherence to permits, environmental regulations, and local building codes during construction.
• Liaising with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve on-site challenges and facilitate coordination.
• Preparing daily/weekly progress reports on site activities, materials, and workforce, including updates on project status, risks, and delays.
• Conducting quality control and safety audits to meet standards and specifications.
• Monitoring and managing construction budgets, tracking costs, and addressing discrepancies to maintain cost control.
• Supporting testing and commissioning of infrastructure systems post-construction for proper functionality and integration.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of work experience and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE.
