The project :
Mace is delivering PMC services across a significant portfolio of high-value mixed-use developments. The projects are at various stages of the development cycle and need to be managed through planning, design, procurement, and delivery on what is a multi-year assignment.

- You will ensure the project is planned, managed, and monitored effectively, with robust and accurate reporting in place.
- You will manage the Mace account, including invoicing and debt collection, diligently.
- You will promote Mace and seek further opportunities for the company.
- You will always comply with Mace processes and procedures, delivering services aligned with Mace's core values.

Requirements :
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
- Strong understanding of strategic project planning, master planning, and infrastructure.
- Full knowledge of RTA requirements, TIS, road networks, and cost share agreements.
- Knowledge of primary substations, district cooling plants, gas farms, and infrastructure planning.
- Strong skills in client and stakeholder management at a senior level.
- Relevant technical qualification for the role.
- Ability to ensure project controls are in place and managed.
- Experience in managing project accounting matters.
- Experience in HR management as per Mace procedures.
- Risk management expertise.
Additional qualifications :
- Membership in RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent.
- Substantial experience in project delivery within infrastructure projects.
- Commercial and financial acumen.
- Leadership experience in large, diverse teams.
- Ability to develop relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations in projects.
