WSP Global Inc. in Dubai seeks an experienced Infrastructure Digital Delivery Lead to drive digital transformation across our Transport & Infrastructure practice.

You will unify BIM, GIS, Digital Twin and AI-driven workflows to deliver complex highway, bridge, and utility projects. The role requires 15+ years in digital delivery on large-scale infrastructure, with strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams, UAE/Middle East experience preferred, and a solid command of ISO 19650 standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/digital discipline.
• Master's degree would be advantageous.
• 15+ years of professional experience in digital delivery for large-scale transport/infrastructure.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary digital delivery teams.
• Strong BIM, GIS, and digital-twins experience across projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce the Digital Delivery Execution Plan (DDEP) and BIM Execution Plans (BEP) per ISO 19650.
• Establish and govern the Common Data Environment (CDE) using ACC/BIM 360 and secure cross-firm access.
• Architect data pipelines between GIS (Esri ArcGIS) and design tools (Civil 3D/OpenRoads).
• Oversee 3D visualization using InfraWorks, Twinmotion, or Unreal Engine for stakeholder reviews.
• Lead AI-driven design tools and scripting (Dynamo, Python) to automate tasks and optimize designs.
