Infrastructure Design and Delivery Lead

We are looking for a senior infrastructure specialist to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and modern IT infrastructure solutions across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. The role involves end-to-end project leadership, architectural design, vendor coordination, and mentoring internal teams, with a focus on aligning tech strategy with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement high-performance infrastructure across multiple platforms
2. Lead large-scale infrastructure projects and technical teams
3. Drive optimisation, automation, and cloud adoption initiatives
4. Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure best practices
5. Guide infrastructure roadmaps, capacity planning, and DR/BC strategies

Requirements:

1. 7+ years in infrastructure design/delivery across hybrid/cloud environments
2. Expertise in networking, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
3. Strong experience with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
4. Familiar with ITIL, change management, and disaster recovery planning
