Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) is seeking an experienced Architect to lead architectural concepts and detailed designs for large infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil teams to ensure integrated designs and strict adherence to local codes.

The role requires strong communication and collaboration across disciplines, with site visits to monitor implementation and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in infrastructure-related architectural projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of local codes and infrastructure design standards.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for infrastructure projects (transportation, utilities, industrial, or civic works)
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineering teams to ensure design integration
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, infrastructure standards, and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities throughout project phases
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor design implementation and quality
