Job description

Provide high-quality technical support across Nexera, Dubai and Abu Dhabi clients, ensuring seamless operation of IT systems. Maintain hardware/software infrastructure, resolve technical issues efficiently, and support IT service excellence while adhering to industry-specific security standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver L1 support for hardware, software, network issues via phone, email, or in-person across Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly; escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
• Install, configure, maintain IT equipment (computers, printers, peripherals)
• Handle user accounts, access rights, and maintain accurate IT documentation.
• Perform routine updates, data backups, and security patches to ensure system integrity.
• Setup/maintenance of network infrastructure (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)
• Respond to security alerts and incidents per company protocols
• Work with IT teams on projects enhancing IT Services
• Maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and knowledge base articles.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, UAE data protection regulations.
• Weekly travel to Abu Dhabi for on-site support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA.

3 years of IT support experience.

- Valid UAE driving license.

- Experience in multi-site IT support.

- Fluency in English (Arabic advantageous).
