Are you passionate about IT support and eager to grow in a fast-paced logistics environment?

We’re looking for an IT Support Executive (L1) to join our team and ensure smooth IT operations across our warehouse and office locations.

• Deliver first-level technical support for servers, networks, and end-user devices.
• Monitor IT systems, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and escalate when needed.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and security patches.
• Support network configurations (LAN/WAN, VLANs, Wi-Fi).
• Manage IT assets and conduct inventory audits.
• Support warehouse-specific devices (scanners, printers, barcode systems).
• Provide basic support for CCTV, access control, and telephony systems.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and document incidents/resolutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT support/system administration experience (preferably in logistics/3PL or warehouse environments).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls, L2 switches).
• Familiarity with IT asset management, CCTV, and telephony systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between warehouse locations.
• Certifications (CCNA, MCITP, or equivalent) and a valid driving license are a plus.
